Q: “You talk about carbon fiber… But is that real carbon fiber or just some kind of stuff with carbon fiber appearance?”
A: Our plates are 100% REAL CARBON FIBER composite panel, made of prepeg carbon fiber cloth / epoxy resin.
Q: “What kind of payment methods you accept? ”
A: We accept PayPal – BitCoin – Bank Transfer.
Q: “I’ve place my order some days ago. Why didn’t you ship it yet? ”
A: We need some time to cut your parts and prepare your order. It could take from 7 to 14 working days to prepare everything. You will receive an email as soon as it is ready.
Q: ” I forgot to add some items to my order but I have already paid. Can I still receive them with my order? ”
A: You can add the items you want until the order is in the” processing” stage. You can’t add other items when the order is “packed and ready for shipping” or already “completed”.
Q: “Some of my pieces don’t have the “mackers” logo on it… ”
A: That may happen and it’s perfectly normal. They are still manufactured by us in our own laboratory with our premium carbon fiber.
Q: ” Some holes are a little bit too small…”
A: This can rarely happen, but if you find hard to fit some eccentric nuts, use a little roll of sandpaper to quickly enlarge it.
Q: “What currency is displayed in your shop?”
A: The currency is USD, United States dollars.
Q: “How do you ship my order?”
A: The standard shipping method we use is international registered mail by postNL. It may take as long as 7/20 working days to reach your country once shipped (for remote areas) .
If you want an express shipping, feel free to choose UPS courier express in select shipping methods selection area.
Q: “Do you ship to my country? How much will it cost?”
A: We ship to about every country in the world. To check the shipping fee just add your items to the cart and start the check out process.
Q: “How long will it take to reach my house?”
A: Shipping to European Community usually takes about 7 working days. For other countries it may take between 10 to 20 working days.
Q: “I want it faster! Can you ship my order by express courier? ”
A: Of course we can. If you want to receive your order faster feel free to choose UPS courier express in select shipping methods selection area.
Q: “I have not received any email after my registration / purchase, is there any problem?”
A: Our system would automatically send you a confirmation email after your registration / purchase. If you have not received any email from us, this is 99% due to the reason that your mail server (ISP) filtered our emails.
So please check your Spam / Junk folder of your mail account (email box). It could be there.
Q: “I’d like to have some mods on my parts. Can you do it for me? ”
A: Of course we can. Don’t hesitate to write us and make your request.
Q: Where is my tracking data?
A: As soon as you receive the “order complete” email, you will find the tracking code in your profile page on the website. If you have chosen UPS express shipping instead you will soon receive a message with the link for the tracking and the status of the shipping.
